Clearing events in Solace removes existing event logs associated with an object, helping administrators manage and reset event history for monitoring or troubleshooting purposes.
This action is available for various widgets, such as Bridges, Clients, Distributed Caches, Cache Clusters, and Cache Instances, allowing you to clear specific event notifications and start fresh event tracking.
To clear events:
In a widget, select the object for which you want to clear events.
From the Selected menu, navigate to:
Commands > Clear Event.The Clear Event dialog opens.
Enter the Event Name to specify which event you want to clear.
Click Confirm to clear the event immediately, or Schedule to perform the action later.

Once cleared, a success message appears at the bottom of the window, and the selected object’s event log is reset.
