Version 12.x and Later

Clearing statistics removes all accumulated message and connection statistics for the selected object.
This helps reset performance metrics and monitor new activity from a clean state.

To clear statistics:

1. In a widget, select the object for which you want to clear statistics.

2. From the Selected menu, navigate to:
   Commands > Clear Statistics

   

3. The Confirm Clear Statistics action dialog opens.

   

4. Click Yes to clear the statistics immediately or click Schedule to perform the action later.

Once cleared, a success message appears at the bottom of the window.
The existing statistics are removed, and the system begins collecting new data for subsequent operations.
