Clearing guaranteed statistics removes all accumulated guaranteed messaging statistics from the selected Message VPN.
This includes data related to persistent messages, such as delivery rates, acknowledgments, and retransmissions.
To clear guaranteed statistics:
In the Message VPNs widget, select the Message VPN for which you want to clear guaranteed statistics.

From the Selected menu, navigate to:
Commands > Clear Guaranteed Statistics -
The Confirm Clear Guaranteed Statistics action dialog opens.
Click Yes to clear the guaranteed statistics immediately, or click Schedule to perform the action later.

Once cleared, a success message appears at the bottom of the window. The guaranteed statistics are reset, and the Message VPN starts collecting new guaranteed messaging data for ongoing activity.
