You can create multiple dashboards for a repository. This is useful as it allows you to group different data or analytics for ease of viewing.
How to Create a Dashboard
Perform the following to create a dashboard:
- In version 11.2 , you can create a new dashboard tab using the following methods.
- By clicking the Create Dashboard button located at the top of your screen where the dashboard tabs are located.
- On the left toolbar, select Dashboard > Create Dashboard.

In versions 11.1 and earlier, you can create a new dashboard tab using the following methods.

By clicking the Create Dashboard button (+) located at the top of your screen where the dashboard tabs are located.

Or, go to the Main Menu and select Dashboard > Create.
- Or, click the Create button on the Open Dashboard screen.
- The Create new Dashboard window opens. Enter a name for the new dashboard and select the number of columns of viewlets you would like to display across your dashboard.
To make query writing easier, enable Use data from another Repository and select the repository to use from the drop-down that appears.
Enable Generate initial viewlets to automatically create default viewlets.
- Click Create. Your dashboard is now added to the repository.
Now that you have created a dashboard, it is time to create viewlets to display your data.
