The Admin Logs feature in an IIB/ACE server provides visibility into administrative events that occur within the server. These logs capture system-level actions such as REST API requests, configuration changes, monitoring updates, deployments, and other administrative operations performed on the server.
Admin logs help administrators review activity, troubleshoot issues, audit changes, and validate that server operations were executed as expected.
View Admin Logs
To view admin logs for an integration server:
In the Server widget, select the integration server you want to inspect.
From the Selected menu, click Admin Logs.
A ACE Server Admin Logs dialog opens, displaying a detailed table of log entries.
The logs are displayed in a tabular format with filterable columns, including:
BIP Number – The log message identifier.
Timestamp – The time the event occurred.
Tag Value – The name of the operation or action performed.
Tag Name – Metadata describing the operation or REST API invoked.
Source – The originating component (e.g., BIPmsgs).
Message – A summary of the action performed.
Detailed Message – Additional information about the event.
You can scroll through logs, filter by any column, and navigate pages using the controls at the bottom of the dialog.
