Version 12.x and Later

1. To ping a channel, select the channel, and then choose Commands > Ping Channel from the channel’s Selected menu.
   
2. The Ping Channel dialog opens.
   
3. Click Ok to ping the channel immediately, or click Schedule to ping the channel at a specified time (see  Scheduling Jobs).

Version 11.3 and Earlier

From the channel’s pop-up menu, select Commands > Ping Channel.

The Ping Channel dialog appears. Click Ok.
