RC(9003) indicates that the Workgroup Server (WGS) could not connect to the specified MQ queue manager.
Resolution
Please go through the following checklist:
Hostname & Port
Ensure the hostname is provided correctly spelled, resolvable via DNS, and reachable from the WGS server.Firewall / Network Access
Verify that there are no firewalls or network rules blocking traffic between the WGS server and the MQ server. Refer to this FAQ for additional guidance:

Review themqgroup.inifile in the/config/groupsdirectory and ensure that the correct hostname or IP address is provided for the node:[WGS_NAME]::Node=<hostname or IP>
