At meshIQ, we implemented a new support system in 2023 called mySupport.
This article will walk you through the two ways of signing up for meshIQ mySupport:

Signing up to mySupport through email
To contact us by creating a ticket:
- Send an email to mysupport@meshiq.com with the subject "Sign up". This will open a ticket with a unique ID in meshIQ mySupport.
- You will receive a welcome email.
- Click the link in the welcome email. The Welcome/Log in page is displayed.
- This link can only be clicked once. If you do not complete sign up the first time, use the web page method below.

- For meshiQ cloud customers, you can use your same credentials and you can proceed to step 8. For all other users, click Sign up at the bottom of the page.
- The Sign up to meshIQ dialog opens. Enter your Email Address and Password.
- You'll receive a 2nd Welcome email requesting to confirm that you requested the account. Click Confirm my account.
- If you get an error at this point saying that your email could not be verified, it is possible that your email safety protocols clicked the link already. Continue to step 7.
- The https://customers.meshiq.com/hc/en-us page opens. If your name is displayed at the top of the page, you have successfully logged in. If it shows Sign in, simply refresh the browser page to confirm your email was verified.
- You can now do the following:
- View or update your profile. If you'd prefer to keep your real name private when posting and commenting, you can enter an Alias (optional). At the top of the My Requests page, click your name and select My Profile. Then edit your profile details by clicking Edit Profile.
- Submit a new ticket. See Working with tickets in meshIQ mySupport to learn more.
- Sign out of MySupport. At the top of the My Requests page, click your name and select Sign out.
- View or update your profile. If you'd prefer to keep your real name private when posting and commenting, you can enter an Alias (optional). At the top of the My Requests page, click your name and select My Profile. Then edit your profile details by clicking Edit Profile.
Signing up to mySupport through a web page
To sign up through a web page:
- Go to https://customers.meshiq.com/hc/en-us/requests and click Sign up at the bottom of the page.
- The Sign up to meshIQ dialog opens. Enter your Email Address and Password.
- Click Continue. A verification email is sent to the email address you entered.
- Check your email systems, including your spam folders, for an email from registration@meshiq.com.
- In the email, click the Confirm my account link. The Email Verified message is displayed.
- If you get an error at this point saying that your email could not be verified, it is possible that your email safety protocols clicked the link already. Continue and confirm you can login.
- Go back to the Sign up to meshIQ dialog from step 2 and click Continue. The https://customers.meshiq.com/hc/en-us/requests page opens.
- You can now do the following:
