If you are experiencing timeout issues while using the Manage GUI, you can increase the timeout value by updating the Global Settings.
To increase the timeout value:
Log in to the Manage GUI using a user account that has Admin privileges or is part of the Administrators group.
Open the Settings menu and switch to Global Settings by clicking Edit global settings at the bottom of the User Settings window.
Update the value for the property Default Workgroup Server timeout (sec.) as required or as suggested by the support engineer.
Click Save Changes to apply the updated timeout value.
This change helps prevent commands from timing out too quickly during long-running operations.
