In some cases, users have reported that after successfully logging into Navigator/Manage, only the Workgroup Server (WGS) viewlet appears, while all other viewlets are missing.

The
server.xmland WGS property files were correctly configured and matched a known working environment.The WGS logs contained a "Permission Denied" message from the security manager.
In the Secure/control center application, under the Roles > Workgroup Server, certain permissions were found to be disabled.
Recommended Actions:
Review and enable the required permissions for the affected user roles in the Security Manager.
Log out and log back into Navigator/Manager to apply the changes.
If the issue persists, restart Tomcat and CEP on the affected nodes.
This is one possible reason for missing viewlets. If the issue continues after applying this fix, further investigation may be required, including checking WGS connectivity, data sources, or log-level errors.
