Applying a different schema will change the look of a dashboard's table viewlets. The schema controls which data is displayed and in what order. Each dashboard can have a different schema in effect. Perform the below steps to change a dashboard's schema:

- Right click on the desired dashboard tab and select Configure from the pop-up menu.
In version 11.1 and earlier In version 11.2 - The Change Layout window opens. From the Schema drop-down menu, select the desired schema.
Check out Change an existing schema's configurations to learn how you can view a schema's item type configurations. - Click Apply. From this point forward, the layout of the viewlets on this dashboard will follow the selected schemas configurations. This schema will remain in effect for all future sessions. To change the schema again, simply follow steps 1 and 2 above.
