A grey node icon signifies a node that is not connected to the workgroup server (WGS). The node is not monitored and has an unknown status. No actions can be performed on a node in this state.
Depending on the type of node, ensure that its connection manager is correctly configured and has not lost connectivity between the node and workgroup server. After verifying, try right-clicking on the node and select Managed from the pop-up menu. If the problem is not resolved, please contact your Support representative for further help.
