Using the nsqcode utility to identify Navigator and IBM MQ errors

Cause

System related error occurred while operating in Navigator.

Resolution

If the code displayed is a system error it can be identified and defined using the nsqcode utility. If the code you receive is not found using nsqcode, refer to Support for additional assistance.

Additional Information

To identify error definitions using nsqcode, perform the following steps.

1. Using the command prompt, go to your operating system directory.
   (example: C:[winnt]).
2. Type: nsqcode [code]. Where code= error code received.
   (example: nsqcode IME0001).
3. The Error code, its definition and possible variations will be displayed.
