As described in What is a resource pack, a resource pack provides a starter set of services. As such, when installing WGS 10, you have multiple choices as to how you want it configured.
The first step is to install the Work Group Server plugin itself (WGS_10.1.x.x.pkg). Then you can install one of the resource packs below to configure the required services.
If you are migrating from WGS 6, you only need the WGS 10 expert since you will already be running existing experts and policies that will continue to work with WGS 10. While you can replace these, initially we would recommend just migrating the WGS. Use the latest WGSRP resource pack (WGSRP_10.x.x).
If you are a TIBCO EMS customer, you only need the WGS 10 expert configured for EMS usage. Use the latest WGSRP resource pack (WGSRP_10.x.x).
If you are a new IBM MQ customer, you will want the IBM MQ resource pack since this includes a number of new policies, plus a configuration that provides the essential MQ information. Use the latest IBM MQ resource pack (AP_IBMMQRP-10.x.x) . Note that this resource pack also requires the IBM MQ plugin which extends the functionality of the WGS plugin (AP_IBMMQ-10.x.x).
