How can I enable agent trust without enabling user authentication? – meshIQ

When starting the IBM MQ agent, you can use the +u command-line argument to enable authorization checks for users to submit commands to the IBM MQ command server. It enables users to run with effective authority. But if you want to enable trusted connection checks and you are not using the +u argument, you can do so by adding -trust. See the table below for additional information.

You must add WA_TRUST lines for each client connection.

Argument Usage

-trust

Enables trusted connection checks when the+u argument is not used.

Can be used with -deny. See below.

-deny

Allows you to deny all connections by default, regardless of whether the +u argument is used.

The -deny argument can be used together with -trust. Using -deny will deny all connections not explicitly given WA_TRUST.
