Version 12.x and Later
You can access administrative settings from the left toolbar by selecting Administrator Settings. Note that only administrative users with repository permissions can access these settings.
| Organization | View and manage organization information, including organization name, email, owner, and login URL. This section also provides a summary of configured users, teams, repositories, and tokens within the organization. |
| Users | For on premises installations, external security is used: users are defined externally and come from AutoPilot. For setup information and links to troubleshooting articles, see Using AutoPilot Users and Groups in XRay. |
| Teams | Create and manage teams within the organization. Assign roles, add members, and define repository access. You can also control features such as jKQL interface availability at the team level. |
| Repositories | Create and maintain repositories. |
| Tokens | Set up streaming and access tokens. |
| Sets | Sets are configurations used to group repository data. The system uses sets to determine how data is displayed in event and activity viewlets. Sets can be created manually or imported with a .csv file. |
| Views | Create and maintain named queries and cache the results for quick retrieval. |
| Viewlet Settings | Specify default viewlet and table settings. |
Version 11.3 and Earlier
You can access administrative settings by going to the main menu and selecting Admin Settings. Please note that only administrative users with repository permissions will have access to Admin Settings.
In version 11.2, you can access Administrator Settings from the left toolbar.

| Organization | Allows users to add contact information, configure the branding of their main page, and update aspects such as logos as well as the login, landing, and logout pages. Users can also view a list of features that are active and available to the organization. |
