Branding options allow users to configure the branding of their main page. Each menu option is described below.
To access Branding:
- meshIQ Track version 11.2: select Administrator Settings > Organization > Branding from the left toolbar.
- meshIQ Track version 11 and XRay version 1.6: Select Organization from the side menu of Admin Settings. The Branding tab is located under Organization.
- XRay versions 1.5 and earlier: Select Branding from the side menu of Admin Settings to display its sub-menu.

Logos. Select Logos from the Branding sub-menu to change the logos appearing on the
main application window. Color images are subject to a maximum bit depth of 24.
Login Page. Configure the registration page and related settings.
Forgot Password URL. If meshIQ Track is being used for user authentication, you can allow users to reset forgotten passwords from a link on the login page. Enter the URL for password reset here. Users who click the Forgot Password? link on the Login page will be directed to a reset password page like the one below.
Landing Page. The Landing Page portion of Branding allows you to specify the text of the landing pages. The character limit is displayed immediately to the right of each field.
Subscription. Stores the Subscription URL
Contacts. Here you can add the contact email, and specify URLs for support, feedback, and collectors. The Collectors URL is for open-source collector download links.
System. The Query prompt text field allows administrators to customize the “jKQL>” field label in viewlets (this is the orange field label that appears immediately to the left of a viewlet’s query). The Logout Text allows you to specify the text a user sees when they log out.
XRay versions 1.5 and earlier
If a user belongs to multiple organizations, an Organization drop-down menu will appear at the top right corner of the window. Use this menu to switch between organizations and make updates for each organization.
On each Branding page, there is the option at the top right of the screen, Use default values based on X Organization. Use this option if you would like to use your organization’s default branding instead of customized organization configurations.
Logos
Select Logos from the Branding sub-menu to change the logos appearing on the main application window.
Login page
Select Login Page from the Branding sub-menu to configure the login page settings.
Landing page
Select Landing Page from the Branding sub-menu to specify the text of the landing page. The character limit is displayed immediately to the right of each field.
Index page
Select Index Page from the Branding sub-menu to specify the contact email and hyperlinks for feedback, collectors and check/upgrade license pages.
Logout page
Select Logout Page from the Branding sub-menu to specify the logout message text. The character limit appears immediately to the right of the Logout message text field.
