Display a Workgroup Server Expiration Warning Banner
In version 10.4.2, you can choose to display a banner warning prior to the expiration date by selecting the Display license expiry notice check box on the Global Notice tab of the Global Settings window. A Threshold (days) field is available to indicate the number of days in advance you want the warning to be displayed.
Custom Attributes Now Available for More Objects
You can now add Custom Attributes to an expanded list of objects through the Custom Attributes tabs of the objects' properties.

Resize the Message Window
When viewing a message, you can now resize the height of the message window. Hover your mouse pointer over the bottom edge of the window until the pointer changes to this "resize" icon: . Then click and drag down to increase the window height or up to decrease it.
Add WGS to a Node Viewlet Schema
The Workgroup Name attribute is now available to add to schemas of Node viewlets.

Security Commands work for Remote Connections
All IBM MQ security commands now work for both agent and remote connections.
View MQ's mqs.ini File from the View Error Log
Agent level 6.7.7 or higher is required.
On the View Error Log window, you can now use the INI filter to view more files. Previously, you could select the Queue Manager Log Type filter and the INI log file type to view the queue manager's qm.ini file. Now when the WMQ System Log Type filter is selected, the INI log file type also allows you to view MQ's mqs.ini file from /var/mqm/mqs.ini.
View and Perform Commands on Queue Manager Connections from Console Pane
You can now view queue manager connections from the Console pane or from a modal window, using two new menu options on the Commands submenu:

In the Console pane, you can filter by an application name or by content, such as queue or channel name. Other available actions include stopping connections, expanding a connection to view individual connection handles, and viewing the properties of connections or connection handles by clicking the individual records.
A refresh button is available to update the list.
Queue Manager Connections in Modal Window
In the modal window, connections are grouped by Application tag. By default, all connections are expanded to show their individual connection handles. Click the down arrow for a group to collapse its list of connection handles, or click Collapse all to collapse all groups. Click the right arrow
for a group to expand its list of connection handles, or click Expand all to expand all groups.

Attributes Added to Queue Manager Communication Tab
Four attributes have been added to the queue manager Communication tab:
- REVDNS (Reverse DNS Lookup, or Reverse lookup of host name)
- IPADDRV (IP Address Version)
- ACTIVREC (Activity Recording)
- ROUTEREC (Trace Route Recording)
More Control Over New Dashboard Path
When you create a new dashboard, by default, the new dashboard will use the Node and Queue manager of the selected dashboard template (from the Viewlets template list). To choose a different Node or Queue manager, clear the new Use original path check box. The Node and Queue Manager lists become available.
New Categories for Available Attributes of Queue Viewlets
New categories of attributes are available when creating an attribute filter for a queue viewlet. Categories vary based on the queue subtype. See the example below.
Events Fields Relabeled
On the Event details dialog (accessible from the Events viewlet), the Event and Reason fields have been changed to Reason ID and Reason Qualifier.
