Disconnecting a bridge in Solace temporarily stops the link between two Message VPNs or brokers.
This action is useful for troubleshooting, performing maintenance, or reconfiguring connections without deleting the bridge.
To disconnect a bridge:
In the Bridge widget, select the bridge you want to disconnect.
From the Selected menu, navigate to:
Commands > Disconnect.The Confirm Disconnect Action dialog opens.
Click Yes to disconnect the bridge immediately, or Schedule to perform the action later.

After a Solace bridge has been disconnected, it automatically initiates a reconnection attempt as per its configured retry logic.
