While browsing messages in the Console panel, you can filter them using the Put Date Time Range option on the right side of the header.
Select a queue.
From the Selected menu, click Browse Messages. A tab opens in the Console panel.
In the tab header, find the Put Date Time Range filter on the right side.
Click Filter by put datetime
button.
A calendar and time picker opens.
Choose your From (start) Date and Time.
Choose your To (end) Date and Time.
Click Set.
The message list updates to show only messages within the selected range.
Change or Clear the Filter
To change the range: Click the selected range, choose a new range, then click Set.
To clear the range: Click Clear selected range
button.

Version 11.3 and earlier
This feature is available starting in Manage version 11.2.4.
While browsing messages in the Console panel, you can filter them using the Put Date Time Range option on the right side of the header.
Select a queue.
From the Selected menu, click Browse Messages. A tab opens in the Console panel.
In the tab header, find the Put Date Time Range filter on the right side.
Click Filter by put datetime
button.
A calendar and time picker opens.
Choose your From (start) Date and Time.
Choose your To (end) Date and Time.
Click Set.
The message list updates to show only messages within the selected range.
Change or Clear the Filter
To change the range: Click the selected range, choose a new range, then click Set.
