This article discusses two methods for locating messages on one queue.

Searching for a message
Open the queue by selecting it.
All of the selected queue's messages are displayed within the Console panel located at the bottom half of the screen.
In the message list, you can choose to view the MD Put Date and MD Put Time of messages in either GMT or Local time. Choose one of the two option buttons provided on these column headers.
There are two methods to locate a specific message within this list. See the sections immediately below for an explanation of each.
Method #1: Step through each message one by one
Click on the first message to open it.
Change its format to XML for easy viewing. Manually step through each message using the arrows until you locate the desired message.
Method #2: Search the entire queue at one time for a specific message (recommended method)
Select a message criteria which filters messages. See Message criteria configurations for information on the setup.
Refresh the viewlet to display the found message.
