Version 12.x and Later

To create an ActiveMQ topic:

1. From a Topic widget, click Add Topic . The Select object path dialog opens.
   

2. Specify the following:

   • Workgroup Server

   • Node

   • Queue Manager (leave the asterisk * to create the new topic in all workgroup server nodes and queue managers)

   • Broker

3. Click Select path. The Active MQ Topic Create Window opens.

   

4. Enter a topic Name (required) and specify all desired options.
5. Click Ok to create the topic now, or click Schedule to create it at a later time (see Scheduling Jobs).

6. After creating the topic, select it and click Properties... from the Selected menu. The Topic Properties dialog opens.

7. Use the Custom Attributes tab to define your own properties.

Version 11.3 and Earlier

To create an ActiveMQ topic:
