The toolbar appears in the top-right corner of the window, and its functions are described in the table below.

| User Name | Displays the name of the logged-in user. When you click this button, the following options appear:

| Home | Returns to the Manage home page. | |
| Manage Dashboards | Opens the Manage Dashboards dialog, where you can view, organize, and manage dashboards (for example, add, rename, delete, tag, share, export, or import them). | |
| Workspace Management | Redirects you to the Workspace Dashboard, where you can view and manage the workgroup server assigned to you by your application administrator and access the available node viewlets. Click here to learn how to connect to workgroup servers. |

| Reconnect to all servers | Restores connections between the application and its services. This is useful when connections are lost or disrupted, ensuring everything is reconnected and working properly. | |
| Request History |
Displays all running and completed tasks, showing the operations performed by the user, their duration, and whether they were completed successfully. If an operation fails, the Message field displays the reason and response code. Click here to learn about Request History. |

| Statistics | Generates a report to identify the most used features of the application in your organization. Click here to learn more about Statistics. |

| Schedules | Redirects you to the schedules page, where you can see a list of scheduled jobs along with their status. By clicking on any job, you can view detailed information about it. Click here to learn more about Schedules. |

| Settings |
Allows you to configure both User-specific and Application settings that apply across the system. Click here to learn more about the Settings Window. |

| Help | Redirects you to the Resource Center, where you can find detailed information about the application. | |
| App Switcher | Allows you to switch from Manage to other applications. For more information, see App Switcher. |

| About | Displays the current Version and Copyright information of Manage application. From version 12.0 onwards, it also displays the build number. |
