Logging in

Version 12.x and Later

Perform the following to access your system:

  1. In your web browser, go to the URL provided by your System Administrator.
  2. Enter your User ID and Password.
  3. Click Login.

After successful login, the UI displays:

  • The default dashboard, if one is configured.
  • Otherwise, the main page with no dashboards configured.

Version 11.3 and Earlier

Perform the following to access your system:

  1. In your internet browser, go to the URL address provided by your System Administrator.
  2. Enter your Login ID and Password.
  3. Click Login.

  4. The Landing Page displays to provide initial guidance. From here you can use the wizard to import data, view a demo, or go to your dashboard. Please note, if this is not your first time logging in, your dashboard may display instead of the Landing Page. To get to the Landing Page, go to Main Menu > Landing Page:
