User Settings
The Display Schemas tab located on the Settings window is a central location from which you can manage schemas for all products and widgets.
Users with the Manage Private Display Schemas security right can view the schemas they have created for filtering individual widgets under the Display Schemas tab in User Settings. This tab only shows the user’s own schemas—it does not include shared schemas or global schemas.
Schemas are grouped by Product and Widget Type. To see a schema’s details, simply select it from the list. Its information will appear on the right side of the screen.
Users with this permission can add, copy, edit, and delete their own schemas using the buttons available. Even if a user loses this permission later, they can still view their existing schemas.
If you also have the Manage Shared Display Schemas permission, you can use the available buttons to access the Schema Sharing and share your schemas with groups. Shared schemas are marked with a green Shared Schema icon. Members of the groups you shared with can then use these schemas in their widgets. (See the Schemas article for more details.)
