When you login to meshIQ Cloud for the first time, you have no data displayed. The first step is to create a remote connection to collect data. To do this, first switch to the WorkSpace tab
Check the box in front of Production and then select Create and the type of instance you want to add, such as Remote Kafka Managers...
This will provide a dialog specific to the type of manager you select. Select the type from the list below for specific instructions:
Considerations:
- Given meshIQ is running in the cloud, the connection must be accessible to it. This may require opening ports and firewalls to enable access.
- When running meshIQ Cloud, this IP address can be found on the General tab under meshIQ Cloud IP Address
- In most cases, this connection will be secured with certificates for access. Those are loaded via the meshIQ Cloud control panel which will provide the location to specify.
