In order for the meshIQ Cloud service to connect to your instances, you may need to adjust firewall settings to allow it to pass through. To do this, you must have the IP address of our service.
To locate the IP Address:
- Sign into your meshIQ Cloud account.
- Click the link to your Subscription on the left, under SUBSCRIPTIONS.
- Look for the meshIQ Cloud IP Address. Click the copy icon . The icon changes to include a check mark . This indicates that the IP has been copied to the clipboard.
- Provide this information to your network management team.
