This article describes how to generate a Nastel Resource Diagnosis (NRD) file for a Component Manager (CM). The NRD file contains runtime diagnostic information and is commonly used for troubleshooting and support analysis.
- Navigate to Workspace. In the Node Viewlet.
- Select the CM for which you want to generate the NRD file.
From the Selected menu, click Dump runtime. The system generates an NRD file on the server where the selected CM is running.
Use the Dump runtime option to generate an NRD file for ACE/IIB, EMS, Kafka, ActiveMQ, Solace, RabbitMQ, and JAVA CM.
