This article describes the fields available for creating a remote ACE/IIB manager connection and configuring the connection details.

| Node Instance Name | Enter the instance name. REMOTE_IIB_ACE is the default. |
| Integration Node Alias | Enter a unique alias to identify the integration node. |
| URL | Enter the integration node URL (for example, http(s)://<host>:<port>). |
| Type | Select the server type: IIB or ACE. |
| UserName | Enter the username to connect to the integration node. |
| Password | Enter the password. |
| SSL tab | |
| Key Store Path | Enter the path to the keystore used by the integration node/server for SSL/TLS (stores key entries and certificates). |
| Key Store Password | Enter the password used to validate the keystore. |
| Trust Store Path | Enter the path to the truststore that contains trusted signer/CA certificates used to validate certificates during SSL/TLS. |
| Trust Store Password | Enter the password for the trust store. |
| Ignore SSL Certificate | Select this option only if you need to bypass server certificate validation (for example, during testing). |
