Disconnecting a client in Solace immediately terminates the client’s active connection to the broker.
This can be useful for managing inactive, misbehaving, or unauthorized client sessions without affecting other clients or message flow.
To disconnect a client:
In the Client widget, select the client you want to disconnect.
From the Selected menu, navigate to:
Commands > Disconnect.The Confirm Disconnect action dialog opens.
Click Yes to disconnect the client immediately or Schedule to perform the action later.

Once disconnected, the client session ends, and all associated subscriptions and message flows for that client are terminated.
The client must reconnect to resume message exchange with the broker.
