The Schedules page helps users view and understand the timing of monitoring and notification activities. It displays when monitoring tasks are executed and when notifications are triggered, ensuring that system health is assessed consistently and on schedule.
This article explains how to add, edit, and delete schedules.
To access the Schedules page, select Schedules from the left-side menu.
Turn on the System Schedules toggle to display schedules created in the Manage application, which are identified by a system icon next to the schedule name.
Hover over a schedule to display its details in the right-hand panel.

Add Schedule
To add a new Schedule:
- Click the Add Schedule button. The New Schedule dialog will open.
- Enter Schedule Details:
- Schedule Name (required): Provide a unique name for the schedule.
- Recur Every (required): Enter the interval at which the schedule should repeat.
- Unit: Select a unit from the dropdown (seconds, minutes, hours) to define how often the recurrence will occur.
- Time Zone: Choose a time zone (e.g., Etc/UTC) from the dropdown list to align the schedule with your preferred time zone.
Range of recurrence
- This section allows you to define the start date and recurrence limits:
- Start (required): Select the date and time when the recurrence should begin.
- End By: Choose this option to end the recurrence on a specific date and time.
- End After: Use this option to end the recurrence after a certain number of Occurrences. You must enter a positive number in the Occurrence field.
- No End Date: Select this if you want the schedule to run indefinitely.
Use the calendar icon to easily select both the Start and End By dates.
Maintenance Hours

The Maintenance Hours section allows users to specify periods when monitoring should be paused to avoid unnecessary alerts during planned maintenance.
- Include: Toggle this switch on to enable maintenance hours.
- Start: Set the start date and time for the maintenance window.
- For: Define how long the maintenance window should last and choose the time unit (minutes, hours).
Repeat Options
- Repeat: Toggle on to make the maintenance window recurring.
- Repeat Every: Enter the recurrence interval and select the unit (days, weeks, or months).
- On: Select the specific hours when the maintenance should occur.
- Until: Set the date and time when the recurring maintenance should stop.
- After completing all fields, click Save to apply and activate the schedule.
Edit Schedule
- Select the checkbox next to the desired schedule.
- From the Selected menu, choose Edit Schedule. The Schedule dialog opens.
- Update the required fields as needed. Refer to the Add Schedule instructions above to make the necessary changes while editing the Schedule.
Delete Schedule
- Select the checkbox next to the desired schedule.
- From the Selected menu, choose Delete Schedule.

In the Delete Schedule dialog, type DELETE (in all capital letters) in the provided field.
Then click Yes, Delete to confirm, or No, Keep to cancel the action.
