Version 12.x and Later
When adding a node to meshIQ Manage, you're not creating a new instance from scratch. Instead, this process registers an existing, running node to the Workgroup Server. To ensure a successful connection, the details you enter—such as node name, hostname, and port numbers—must exactly match those of the actual running instance.
To begin, click the Add Node button within a Workgroup Server widget to open the Node Create Window.
Specify all properties of the new node. You can enable the Use DNS option to automatically populate the IP Address field when the Host Name is specified.
Available Node Types are IBMMQ Agent, IBMMQ Node, EMS Node, Kafka Node, ACE/IIB Node, Solace Node, Rabbit MQ Node, and Active MQ Node.
Click Ok to create the node.
