You can view, add, or export Kafka ACLs from Kafka cluster viewlets.
From the Kafka cluster action menu (Selected menu in 11.2), select Commands > Manage ACLs. to open the Permissions dialog for the cluster.
View Kafka ACLs
To view ACLs, select the Manager, Node, and Cluster for which you want to view them.
You can also enter a value in the Filter by box to filter the list of results.
Add Kafka ACLs
- Click Add.
- Enter a Resource Name.
- Select the Resource Type and Resource Pattern Type.
- Enter the Principal and Host.
- Select an Operation and Permission Type.
- Click Create.
The new ACL is added to the list on the Permissions dialog for the cluster.
Export Kafka ACLs
To export ACLs to a .csv file, use the export button . A sample export file is shown below.
