The Move messages dialog is where you can move messages from one queue to other queues. You can move messages to multiple queues. Once moved, the messages will no longer exist on their originating queues.
The Move messages dialog appears when you select the desired messages in the Console tab and either click the Move Message icon or choose Move Message from the Selected menu.
Below is an example of the Move messages dialog. The dialog title indicates the number of messages you selected to be moved. In the example below, only two (2) messages were selected. The queue name of the selected messages is displayed at the top of the dialog. In the example below, the name of the originating queue is 1234. Select all desired queues you would like the messages to be moved to. You can use the Search (Filter by) field to easily search for queues.
Click Ok. The messages will now be moved from their originating queues to the selected queues. Or select Schedule to perform the move action at a later time (See Scheduling).

The Move messages window appears when you either:
- select the desired messages from a Messages viewlet and click the Move message icon
- or, select the desired messages from the Messages viewlet and select Move messages from the Action menu (Selected menu in 11.2)
Below is an example of the Move messages window. The window's title indicates the number of messages you selected to be moved. In the example below, only two (2) messages were selected. The queue name of the selected messages is displayed at the top of the window. In the example below, the name of the originating queue is AA. Select all desired queues you would like the messages to be moved to. You can use the Filter by field to easily search for queues.
