Version 12.x and Later

To export a widget's data:

1. Select Export data to CSV from the widget's menu.
   
2. By default, the export file includes extra whitespace (from one to three spaces) after the Manager Name, Node Name, and other fields. A prompt is displayed to ask you whether you want to exclude the extra spaces:
   
3. Click Yes to remove the white spaces, or No to leave them in the file.

A CSV file will automatically be saved to your Downloads folder. It will contain all data that appears in the widget.

This file can then be used to create a new widget. See Creating Widgets in the Dashboard.

When you export a widget (such as Bar Chart, Pie Chart, Number, Metric Trends, or Table), the system preserves the widget type in the CSV file. When you use this file to create a new widget, it creates the same widget type.
