Issue:
You receive the following error when running Product Maintenance (package manager):
Warning: Package database is currently locked. Please try later
Possible Solution:
If you are sure that no one else is currently running Product Maintenance, you can delete the locked file. In your AUTOPILOT_HOME folder, remove the file packages.xml.lock. If the file is not present, than the error might be the result of a permissions issue. Verify that the user has access to the folder.
