Unable to access M6Console, application blocked by Java Security

When attempting to sign in to m6console, an application blocked by Java Security message occurs and you are unable to sign in.

Solution

Add the full hosted site name to the Java Security exceptions site list via the Security tab in the Java Control Panel, as follows:

  1. Access the Java Control Panel in the System Control Panel or System Preferences.
  2. Click the Security tab and then click the Edit Site List button.
  3. Add site name, http://<hostname>:<port #>/m6console/
