To view properties of multiple objects within a viewlet:
- Select the objects.
- Click Properties from the Action menu (Selected menu from version 11.2 onwards). The Properties window opens. A blue tooltip box appears on the bottom right corner of the screen (as seen below) instructing you to hover over fields to display the values.
- Simply hover over any of the fields with a blue line appearing on the left side of the field box; these are the fields that contain multiple values.
- Once you hover over the fields, a black box will appear displaying all of the field’s values.

Version 12.x and Later
To view properties of multiple objects within a viewlet:
- Select the objects.
- Click Properties from the Selected menu. The Properties window opens. A blue tooltip box appears on the bottom right corner of the screen (as seen below) instructing you to hover over fields to display the values.
- Simply hover over any field that is formatted differently on the left side of the field box—these fields contain multiple values.
- Once you hover over the fields, a black box will appear displaying all of the field’s values.
