Perform the following to submit an issue to the Support System:
- Click Report Issue from either the top right or left side of the screen.
- The Enter Issue Details screen appears. The following fields are mandatory:
- Category: Select the project area.
- Summary: Enter a brief title for the issue.
- Description: Enter detailed information about the issue. Please be as descriptive as possible.
Populate any other optional fields that will help describe your issue. You can also include attachments with the Upload Files section. If you are reporting more than one issue, you can enable the check to report more issues option which will return to the Enter Issue Details page after submitting the first issue.
- Click Submit Issue when finished.
- Click View Issues from the side menu if you would like to view your submission.
