mKC user account authentication

The meshIQ Kafka Console™ user account refers to an account that uses the web UI for monitoring or managing a Kafka cluster. It is distinct from the client account set to be used when accessing the Kafka broker server.

With meshIQ Kafka Console, there are a variety of authentication methods to choose from. The authentication method must be selected when installing the meshIQ Kafka Console system.  You must choose either a single method, or no authentication. Multiple authentication methods cannot be used simultaneously. 

1. Use built-in user authentication.
2. Link with an external authentication server that provides OIDC (OAuth2).
3. Link to an external authentication server that provides LDAP.
4. No authentication.

Changing the authentication method requires a restart.
